The Watch

I liked it. Thought it was good. And funny in parts but,

I didn’t care for the Orgy scene. It wasn’t unexpected knowing Akiva directed it but it wasn’t funny.

I also knew Richard was an alien from the moment he came into the film. I mean they didn’t show him at the football game and I thought one of them would turn out to be an alien. Also the fact that he wasn’t in the shot when they were shooting the Alien in Costco in the trailer lead me to believe he was going to die but then after the beginning of the movie I thought this (more on that later). However I’m glad he turned out to be a good alien.

One thing that bothered me the most was that in the beginning of the film they called attention to the night security guard’s tattoo and then the alien took his skin. I figured it would come back at some point. This is the main reason why I thought Richard was an alien because they had similar skin tones and even though I wouldn’t imagine Richard doing a shirtless scene, I did expect we’d see the tattoo on him.

The whole thing probably got edited out because of time, but still.
