So I went from 600+ friends on Facebook to 11 (even though it says 15, there are like 4 ghost accounts I can’t unfriend).
I unfriended everyone. My parents, my siblings, other family members, my current best friends, my roommate, my old roommates, people I went to college with, people I graduated high school with, people I went to elementary school with, my boss, my current coworkers, co-workers from old jobs, friends of my parents, friends of my siblings, camp friends, people I only met once. EVERYONE.
I plan on friending some of them back though. People I’m actually friends with. People who I will use Facebook to get in contact with. People who I talk with, within the year. However I want to keep this number down to about 100 or even up to 200 (I doubt I will need to though) if I need to.
If you feel like you fit in this category, go ahead and friend me back. I’d do it now but it took my an hour to unfriend everyone so I’m going to go get dinner.
The 11 people who stayed are Caldwell, Owen, Creighton, Bryan, Lauren, PMo, Henry, Mary Dan, Jessica, Joe, and Emma Caulfield (She played Anya on Buffy the Vampire Slayer). I kept them because I meet you all on-line and I want to continue being friends with you on Facebook but I didn’t want to bother you with sending another friend request or hope that you’d send me one first.
